Our Service Coordination Services provides referrals and support services to underserved families and individuals, from teens to adults and seniors.
Our Behavioral Health Referral Service provides information and resources on autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities for outpatient community-based, behavioral health care services.
This program is focused on personal empowerment. Services includes a variety of recovery options from mental health services to drug and alcohol treatment programs. The program services teens, and adults struggling with chronic mental illness, substance use disorder, trauma related issues as well as, homelessness.​​​

Our housing referral Support Services provides comprehensive housing assistance, emergency shelter, outreach services to homeless adults and at-risk youth in Allegheny County.
This program includes:
*Assistance with finding emergency shelter for teens and adults
*Assistance with finding Family Treatment Centers

Financial Empowerment​
We provide a distinctive financial empowerment program for eligible participants. Participants will be taught budgeting skills and credit repair. Participants will then be able to direct money into a dedicated savings account. These savings are held for six months to one year and may be matched, (subject to fund availability), to support participants in achieving their financial goals.

Many seniors face isolation, loss of mobility, and emotional challenges. Our program is designed to create an inclusive, uplifting space where older adults can stay active, build community, and experience renewed joy. It’s more than wellness — it’s about connection, care, and dignity.
Activities We Offer:
Our sessions bring joy and connection through a variety of activities led by a Certified "Silver Sneaker" Instructor and designed to support physical movement, creativity, and emotional well-being, including:
*Arts & crafts
*Various "Silver Sneakers" Signature Classes
*Music and memory games
*Group storytelling
*Spiritual reflection and prayer circles
*Seasonal celebrations and social enrichment
Each activity is designed to promote joy, social engagement, and a sense of purpose.
